Thai Food Allergy Detection Using Deep Learning

Food allergy is the abnormal immune response when your body reacts to abnormal conditions to specific foods. There are 15 million persons in the US. that got food-allergic effects and 30,000 emergency cases, and 150-200 deaths per year. Most ingredients or food that cause allergic case is Cow’s Milk, Eggs, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Shellfish, Wheat, Soy, and Fish so this lead to the aim of this project is to create a website application for detecting allergies in Thai food using deep learning.
